You could even cook a puppy on it.

If it had a rotisserie, it would be perfect.

That is too wild! I didn't get the Sandbagger/tjv connection, but when I originally inquired he gave pretty detailed directions for his rotisserie setup, I tried to get the MadMax pics but the farking BGE Archive search is useless and slooooow!

You beat me to the cookies Todd. I was on my wife last night (not really ON my wife, but you get the picture:biggrin:) and I was trying to get her to help me with a oatmeal cookie recipe I like. I was too lazy to dirty the kitchen while football games were going. Maybe I'll get to them later. I wanted to bake them in my Fast Eddy to see how they come out.

Should be great. I'd suggest a stone. A Weber Kettle with a stone would work, too.

Right after the brisket comes off I'm trying those on the UDS. Have stone, parchment, and uds going. if it doesn't work I'm sure there's a mod I can make.......

Did you use charcoal only? How long did you bake them for?

Here is one to try if you like cranberries and white chocolate:

3/4 cup sugar (http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?id=139)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar (http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?id=375)
1/2 cup butter (http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?id=141), softened
1 large egg (http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?id=142)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?id=350)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?id=324)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?id=7)
1/4 teaspoon salt (http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?id=359)
1 cup all-purpose flour (http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?id=64)
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats (http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?id=465) (not instant)
3/4 cup dried cranberries (http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?id=233)
6 ounces white chocolate chips (http://www.recipezaar.com/library/getentry.zsp?id=225)

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl using an electric mixer combine the sugar, brown sugar and butter; mix well to cream together.
Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Add the cinnamon, baking soda, salt and flour and mix well.
Fold in the oatmeal, dried cranberries and white chocolate chips- making sure that all ingredients are uniformly distributed.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 3 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes, just until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes on the cookie sheet, then transfer cookies to cooling rack.I found this recipe on the internet after having a cookie like this at a cookie swap. These cookies are fantastic!!!!!! Right Diva?!?!:-D

Cookies Bombed - after cooking the brisket all day thought it might have enough heat. Opened the vents to bring up the heat and 15 minutes later they were soup all over the place. Have to try again after tomorrow's over.
