Harbormaster --- if you're out there somewhere.... just made your slaw. The pork isn't done yet, but after tasting the cole slaw, I can't wait for the butt to get done. 15 hours until the crew shows up, and I goota wait for them...it ain't right.. great cole slaw!! The pulled pork will be better fo it!

Thats funny!!

I think this is it...it was in the link I gave to Jack--it was in the "award winning Cole slaw..." thread....maybe not...

HARBORMASTER COLE SLAW

Here's my $.02 on coleslaw. This is a basic recipe I use that gets rave reviews. Tweak as you like.
Head of cabbage about 1 1/2 lb
1/4 C Cider vinegar
1 T granulated sugar
1 t celery seed
1 t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper
3/4 cup mayo
1 T Dijon mustard (Grey Poupon is best)

Core and thinly slice the cabbage.
Mix all other ingredients together
Mix cabbage and dressing, tossing to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

That was the recipe - Gave it a try on some of the pork a little while ago (pulled pork for breakfast) and it's as good as I thought it would be.
