I made some stuffed center cut thick chops for dinner last night. I used an Alton Brown recipe. Since I don't have a pasty bag or whatever ya call it..i was stumped on how to fill the pocket that I created. I just had a small , 3/4" slit at top of chop. Ended up using my "jerky gun". had to do a minor hacksaw mod on the tip to allow the dried cherries to pass thru but worked like a charm! Try to get picks of finished product soon as my dinner guest emails to me.
