Last few days the weather was nice enough for me to be able to lay in a few racks of ribs. Only three racks baby backs and three racks beef spares. What do ya think?

where in PA are you? I buy mine through Maines foodservice. Sometimes Super wally world carries them. I almost like them better than pork ribs.

are you kidding? between my wife and i and the 3 kids (ages 10, 7, and 3) those ribs barely made it into the next afternoon. so much for a little backup supply. i guess i have an excuse for cookin up some more.

Wish I could find beef ribs with that much meat. The ones I find are almost bare!
Good looking grub, BTW!

Those look awesome! Here in beef country, we can get the beef ribs for a fair price. I think we tend to cook spares and BB's more than the beef though. It puzzles me why though because them dino bones are really very tasty.
Anyway, great pron.
