After looking at all sorts of different smokers I finally ordered this one:

We drove down this morning and talked with Bill Cusack,the owner, and he builds some really excellent units.

Should have it in about 6-8 weeks. Looks like there's gonna be a helluva Super Bowl party!

I went with the insulated firebox,pneumatic tires, and the drain valve.I'm going to make my own basket though, and I didn't really need/want the others. I had talked to Bill and he send me powerpoint presentation about the pit. But the thing that really kinda won me over was that picture of the pig in there. Thats something I have always wanted to do.
