Thought I would ask if anyone here has a place that they would recommend for aged smoked hams. I have read alot about them and wanted to order one and thought I would ask if you all have a favorite go to place for these.
I have always been curious as to how good these hams are that have curred for years and are then smoked. Websites or anyother ordering methods would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

These is spose to be amoung the best of the best and story has it that a casino in vegas once paid 300 bucks to jet one to em. Also many great chefs use them along with some of their other products.

Benton's products are fantastic....can't go wrong.

Broadbent's are great, too... (http://www.broadbenthams.com/history.cfm)I don't know if they are 'aged' or not, but they are amazing.....
