Maybe it does amd maybe it doesn't.

I just picked up my new (used) Large BGE. I found it on Craigslist for $150. Now I just have to figure out how to use it... LOL...

I'm still a stick burner at heart.

Yeah, but when your coming in from work on a week night and you want some good chit to eat the ceramic will be your friend.

She still needs a little work... New boards for the stand, new grill grate, and a new gasket... I'll pick them up tomorrow... Hoping to get a shoulder and a fatty on this weekend...

Looks like I have some reading to do before I start....

The one in the back is my second smoker, purchased in 1992… I know she needs a coat of paint, and she’ll get it soon…

I got lucky… She was posted at 11:48, I emailed at 11:59…

According to the seller, she received another email about 5 minutes later. The interesting thing is that it was listed under ‘BBQ Grill’

Looks great. Don't take any advice from tropical Rick no Thirdeye. Have you seen the awefull things they cook? Order up a Thirdeye grill lifter, a must have.

Put a concrete paver stone under that egg so you don't burn that cute little table up.

Also, build a fire of Cowboy lump and run it wide open for about an hour to clean it out. Make sure to take that thermometer out first, otherwise you'll pop the spring. Ask me how I know.

I wouldn't worry about the gasket, it's lasted this long, the one you replace it with will be crap!
The stability of the table would be the first thing to take care of.
Get a stainless steel grate from tjv, and a grate lifter from thirdeye.

Nice score by the way!

Not if he replaces it with a Rutland. My Rutland has been great.

Eggs are great grills and do great Q. Toss the table. It makes me nervous having food around pressure treated wood.

Don't feel bad Bobby it was a Mini so 200 wasn't that great of a deal.

Divemaster great score I am still looking for mine.

Was thinking of naming it 'Ramona' but the original owner didn't care for me using her name that way:biggrin::lol::biggrin::lol:... Back to square one...

Thinking of ditching the table, I considering just the stand since I have a limited amount of space along side the house....
