Over medium or scrambled medium. Just had some with some thinly sliced tri-tip, fried until the edges were crispy and whole wheat toast. Sorry, no pics.

You can cook them in cast iron without sticking, good seasoning you got there!

Hockey puck eggs, boo... I like em nice and rare :)

In all seriousness, great looking grub.

You know a cast iron pan is well seasoned when an egg doesn't stick! Looks great!

I couldn't stand it. I was making burgers and fries for dinner and while Mrs ~t~ went for a gorgonzola and roasted poblano burger, I had a plain pattie with some fried eggs. Of course a few fries on the side. Dang, it was good.

Was this in the jar with the Koolickles?

That might work...

Before Koolickles were cool, you just added a cup of beet juice to the pickled egg solution you made, and in a couple of days this is what you get. I actually like just the plain pickled eggs. You ever tried to make any?

Never tried a pickled egg. Love hardboiled eggs though. Used to eat a couple at first break and wash it down with OJ. By early afternoon I was deadly!

First time I ate pickeled eggs I was on a fishing boat. Had about 6 of them. Man they were good, But the gas that followed was deadly.

Hey Rick Got to ask the question. How do you cook bisquits on top of eggs? I have made bisquits in a cast iron pan and foil before but no eggs were underneath.
Just noticed I am on my way to being a farker:shock::shock:

i usually use the plate setter and pizza stone for baking inside the egg. i know... it's all so confusing and i can see how you thought that. but that is an interesting idea
