So, I am off tomorrow and was looking at the weather. Today was 80 in PA (crazy for October 22) and they are calling for the temps to drop into the mid 70s and 60s over the next two days - which made me begin to start thinking about comfort food. Tomorrow I will be doing some chicken for chicken pot pies, and a chuckie for chili... any other suggestions?

Don't forget the ABT's and fatties.

There's usually room for fatties, too.

Get a turkey in there for some chili later.

A chuckie for shepherd's pie, and brisket for chili.

Try throwing a slab of salmon in there! Cook at 250° for 45 - 60 minutes and you've got instant snacks. And leftovers are great in salad.
