Steak Tacos, topped with onion, cilantro, a squeeze of lime, and a drizzle of a homemade Guajillo Chile Sauce.

I marinated it in my carne asada marinade, but it translated extremely well into the thicker cut of steak.

A local Q joint makes brisket tacos similar to that, and they are very tasty. Yours look supremo.

If you are still in San Berdoo, you could have been here in 15 and they would still have been warm.

I'm in Mo Val.

That looks great. One of my favorite additions to tacos is fresh lime and fresh shaved cabbage.:icon_bigsmil

What is your marinade recipee? I never seem to get much flavor into the meat when I'm doing mexican themed steak.
