First what is calvados? Family didn't like the nuts so we use Milky Way.
Not quite as neat

whats on the pizza? homemade crust?

in the pizza we have:
pesto
mama disalvo's tomato sauce
low moisture mozzarella
onion
green pepper
canadian bacon
4 italian cheese blend
pizza grinder spices
all on a mama mary's thin & crispy pizza crust
http://www.mamamarys.com/

it's the first time i've tried those crusts, and they are my favorite store bought so far! incredibly crispy and crunchy. the pesto adds some garlicky twang and basil earthiness and the lump charcoal adds a rustic undertone that is unmistakable.
*i mean it was good!*
