I wish I had the answer for you, but I dont.

I have used heavy expanded metal cut to size.

Chicago Bill ordered some. He has a post somewhere.

I could use about 2-3 new racks too! Can't wait to find the answer - though expanded metal seems cheaper than a new rack.

Craigslist baby, it's a gold mine - of course generally what you need isn't there until the day after you buy it new.

Check out Hawgeyes in Ankeney, Iowa. They've got some about the same size that work in my BSKD. Not perfect, but close enuff:-D.

When getting racks make sure of the dimensions. Somewhere there is a thread with dimensions, and part numbers.

Sorry, it took me a while to find the URL. You might be able to find something that will work here.

i would really recommend you make some out of expanded steel and channel..

you can make 5 new racks for the price of 2 from charbroil.

I would think that brinkman racks from the smoke king will also fit. Maybe one of our members here can measure the smoke king racks for u to check.

I have done both, bought new and made some from expanded metal. Either will work. You can buy a metal blade for a skill saw to make nice shelves form the expanded metal grate. Your choice, just remember you basic safety gear when cutting metal grate, eyes and hands.
