Those look great, Scott! What temp do you cook them at? My wife doesn't like chicken from the smoker. She prefers it grilled. i cook it indirect as a compromise :-D.

I'd say that we also eat chicken the most. For real Q, it has to be ribs, followed by butts and then brisket.

Yep for around the house eating, it's probably chicken... Q'd, grilled, baked etc. For real Q it would be pork spare ribs followed by brisket.

For every day we eat more chicken then anything with an occasional steak and pork tenderloin thrown in. If we are Qing it is brisket, then pork butt then ribs.

That's some nice looking chicken. Around our house we do a lot of ribs, brisket, and chicken. Tonight it's pork loin roast in the oven.

Great looking chicken.

In general, I grill a leg of lamb (cubed and skewered) and Italian sausages every week, for the most part. I cook up several pounds and take it to work for lunch.

For the smoker it's probably brisket that gets the most attention, followed by baby backs.

When I fire up the smoker, Boston butts and baby back ribs are the usual fare.

We eat a LOT of boneless skinless chicken breasts. I prefer whole birds, but I do what is quick at night when I get home.

Smokes are usually butts. I've got a brisket to do overnight Friday.

Beer can chicken is the family favorite, and a lot of grilled chicken breast as well. Tri tip and carne asada come in second.

We keep things rotating around our house. Brined drunk chickens are our absolute favorite. Since my wife and I are hunters we do venison and wild hog a couple times a week and mix in some steaks and chicken occasionally. I try and smoke once a week and do brisket, butts, and pork loins for lunches for our employees.

My family eats Pasta more often then anything.

If I had to choose my last meal it would be Mama's Pasta.
She makes it like nobody else.

All different things usually. During the week whatever I have frozen. Weekends either steak, ribs, chicken etc.

Jorge makes that. Hit him up for a recipe.

It's posted on here somewhere. I've started using brisket instead of chuck, and leave it in the smoker for a bit to get some smoke.

Bigwheel has a pretty fair recipe as well. I'm planning to take him a sample of mine for comparison at the next chili cookoff, that I can get to, in the area.

As far as Q goes, I probably cook more butts and ribs than anything. I have 3 boys and so sitting down every night together for dinner is sometimes hard with practice, home work etc. Leftover Ribs and butts are easy to fix in a hurry and we can usually get 2-3 meals out of them in a week if I load up the smoker on Sunday.

For Q, pulled pork is #1, then spare ribs, and I think we'll start doing fatties more now that I have discovered them.
