Here is dinner tonight.
All was fantastic. except for the smores in a pan. To much smoke flavor.
BBs a little to sweet. Need to find a better sauce. Better yet need to make my own.

I have my own recipe. Developed it over the last year and a half. Still needs a little refinement.

Well the smores did not come out as expected. I layered everything in the pan and then just stuck it in the smoker for 45 min. Most of it was melted but not all. And was a big brick when it cooled off. lesson learned

Well my kids did love it. And my wife did also.
Need to find a way to get it all melted better. I did not take an after pic but marshmellows did not melt that well. Maybeneed to get the pit hotter and leave the smores in longer.

Just a thought, but did you cover the pan with foil or did you leave it uncovered? I think being in a foil pan with a foil cover you would keep the heat in helping to melt the smore plus it would help keep from having an over powering smoked flavor.
