Never disappointed when I view your offerings....just disappointed with my lunch, or lack thereof!!!! What did you use by way of liquids in the stew base?

just one and a half sticks of butter. the natural moisture in the onions and mushrooms provided the rest along with the juice from the steaks.

lot of liquid with just that till the potato broke down and thickened it

that is exactly how we had the pineapple. vanilla bean

i took two shots of that, but they's not very good :icon_blush:
