Celebrated our 5 and 6 year olds bdays this past weekend. They chose a Hawaiian Luau theme w/ sweet pork sliders on Hawaiian rolls. Was able to snap a few pics of the meat, but was way to busy to do more than that... lol.

For those interested, here’s what the sauce consisted of... (I drowned the butts at the stall and wrapped tightly til they probed like butter.). Once done, rested and pulled... ALL liquids were incorporated back into the meat.

Enough for 2 butts:
1.5 cups chicken broth
1.5 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 cups chili sauce
18-ounces of pineapple juice
2 tablespoon ginger, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped

Happy birthdays to the little ones, that is exciting times and you wont have many left.

Pork looks great and I bet the sliders were awesome.
