A chuck roast falling apart with zero effort. Was used for burrito bowls. Soooooo good :)

Put it on right before bed on Sunday and took it off yesterday after work. Brain dead easy... lol.

Why are you withholding pics of the burrito bowls? Trying to punish us? Not nice...

20 hours, eh, I would have probably gone 19-1/2, but I think you did alright. And I must say, you're wrong about that bowl, it looks fantastic. Nice job!

Pellet cooker chuck roasts are yummy! I smoked one last week for sandwiches. Pulled beef, sautéd mushrooms, caramelized onions, and horseradish mayo on toasted hoagie buns. No leftovers!

After seeing your burrito bowl I've gotta try something Tex-Mex next time. Looks great!

Loosely wrapped before leaving for work in the morning. Added 2 cups of hot water/taco seasoning. That’s it [emoji846]

I love smoked Chuck Roast because there is no trimming compared to a Packer Brisket. Just season and smoke.

Nice job on that one!

Ditto, and I tend to enjoy the end result more than brisket. A win win if ya ask me :)
