What's worse? Waiting for a UPS delivery, or waiting for the meat to finish resting?!

Easy... the one you don’t have any influence on.

Hmmmm, I think that is a toss up, depending on whats being delivered, but, waiting for a resting meat is a greater anticipation.

Brisket I put in the smoker 19 hours ago!

Smelling the food and knowing that you have to wait would be worse for me. UPS is just another entity that does their work on their schedule. Now if they are delivering a new Shirley, I change my answer.

The anticipation of waiting for the meat to finishing resting is like foreplay.

Waiting for UPS for sure since there is no control. I am more relaxed when I am in control

Depends on what you are waiting on UPS to deliver. New smoker, definitely waiting on UPS is worse.

That is a stackable isn't it? That's what Malcom Reed uses for his ribs, and it will hold a brisket? Was it a small brisket? This may really increase the interest in this cooler.

Yes, a Coleman. Brisket was just over 16 lbs. before I trimmed it, and it fit just fine wrapped in butcher paper at the end of the cook.

Could you re-phrase that? I'm not sure what you're asking.

Coleman Party Stacker. They make awesome food holders. That's what I use for briskets and everything else.

I believe he is asking if the UPS guy has been to your house yet.
