Baggy Umai bag

I'm several weeks into a Capacola process and the Umai bag is getting a little loose, I assume due to the 20% weight loss.
Can I or should I revaccum the bag?

I'd leave it alone Ed. Especially if you've got crust built up and it has sealed the coppa already.

The Umai chick responded that the bag is not really a vacuum sealed bag and as long as the spice/Paprika coating covered the Copa muscle before sealing it is fine being baggy.
