First cook after the burn in is Mississippi Pot Roast. First time ever making it. Was mighty good, but in all honesty I could have left in for another 30 minutes. Didn’t quite fall apart, but was still fairly tender. Crescent rolls on the MAK as a side with mashed taters the wife made.

Jeffry, looks great. I have tried this recipe and it's great, but I had it in the crockpot so I know it was even better in the smoker.
