Monterey Chicken

Think this is my favorite boneless, skinless chicken breast cook, chicken breasts are not a favorite of mine BUT my wife loves BSCBs so I grill them more than I want too. :twitch:

Looks real good Kevin! Chicken breasts are my least favorite also but when cooked right they're real good. You def nailed it judging from the moisture that's in that slice. :nod:

Looks amazing! I have chicken breasts thawed...I had planned on frying chicken tenders...I find myself at a crossroads and that happens far too often these days.
I have what I believe are stellar ideas, even planned ta the smallest detail...then I browse Qtalk.

That looks really good. I think chicken breasts (especially BSBC's) sometimes get a bad rep because people over cook them thus drying them out. Those there look nice and tender and juicy.
