So, I've never wet cured before. Dry cured plenty of bacon. Found a calculator on the Amazing Ribs website. It calculates only 3 days in the cure.
You pros that have done this, does that seem right? Thanks for any wisdom you can share.

I do about 5 days depending upon size.

Thanks for the info. Just seemed to short of a time. I guess Ill try 4 days and split the difference. Appreciate all the knowledge the Bretheren have.
Looks like I'm on hold now. The clothes washer just took a dump so tearing that apart now.
