Tat Que gifted the marinade here.

We tried the Basque marinade today on lamb, it was a pleasant surprise.
Not overpowering, more complimentary , a subtle flavour.

What was your marinade time? I have the Basque, Korean and Carne Asada marinades... they each perform a little differently, and I think the Basque is the strongest.

I marinated for around 6 hours, seriously I would not have gone overnight on the Lamb, I think it would have changed the flavour too much

Thanks folks
