Today is Jody’s (Mrs. SPAL) birthday!

Her birthday dinner that we just finished up:
Reverse seared, smoked prime grade Picanha, grilled lobster tail and honey roasted carrots

The lobster was hit with Garlicky Lemon and melted butter and the carrots were seasoned with Gingery Orange

Picanha was smoked for a bit and then reverse seared.
