Pork Loin

Local Costco had boneless pork loins for $1.49 lb. and then $8 off the package price. I paid $1.49 and $1.73 for 2 boneless loins.
This one is stuffed with andouille sausage and wrapped in a bacon weave. Seasoned with cajun seasoning.
