If someone would make Fatty Green Chile Cheese Fries I’d probably -seriously -perhaps maybe vote, possibly. No guarantees. But I’d look.

amen...

Best fatty yet as voted by the crew! The extra sage is FANTASTIC not to mention the Williams sausages has very few ingredients in it and I can pronounce all the words (that’s a rule around here. If ya can’t pronounce the ingredients why eat it?

Speaking of simple ingredients, saw this salsa last night and grabbed it too, really good stuff!

That looks great. I love mashing up eggs in stuff. A couple poached eggs with tamales is a great breakfast. Also love to toast up and shred sourdough or ciabatta bread, mix up a couple poached eggs in it, add some green chili olive oil and and some olivewood smoked olive oil and a little salt. Delicious with a little kick. Good with Bob Evans Breakfast Bake hash brown patties too.

With you on the ingredients too The list should contain nothing that I don't recognize as food in it's own right.

Ya’ gotta love a guy that adds sausage to a “bacon run.” We grow ‘em right in the Sooner state.

Looks good. Not a runny egg fan, but some good suggestions floated in this thread.

Lately I have been buying bacon in the 10 LB box from Sam's. It's really good bacon. Cannot recall the brand name but it is in a white box.

Will have to look for that sausage.

Member's Mark restaurant style bacon, item number 345115. No, I don't have the item number memorized, but I do have it in my notes on my phone. I beeline to the refrigerated section to find it, and it's rarely there. It's pretty good.

Back in early April when the Wuhan was relatively new, the toilet paper supply was nil, and the shutdown had just started, meat prices dropped drastically for a short period before. I bought a box of the bacon for $2.00/lb. and then they were stocked out until about the middle of August. I recently bought a box and opened it last night. The slices were very thin on the first three layers. Will finish vacuum packing today, so will find out if the entire box is that way. Not really a problem as I usually buy thin slice versus thick slice. Still great flavor.

Hopefully it doesn't stay that way. I haven't been able to find it for the last 6 months, but I see where it's supposed to be. IIRC, it was marked at $45 for the 10# box. We haven't been in over a month because the place has been a madhouse and the usual items we buy have been unavailable. Our membership is due next month and we're not even sure we're renewing.

I've been getting bacon from Restaurant Depot instead. It's been pretty good too.
