Maidrite sammiches.
I really musta liked these cause I think I ate four and then a fifth on loaf bread on my way to bed – man was I full.

Smokey Maidrite ABT’s
I think I might be onto something – these ABT’s were on for 2 hrs or more cause I had the notion to cook em at 250 indirect to see if the bacon would crisp up without burning. I used some of that MaidRite meat and cream cheese for the filling. I’m gonna do it again with real thick bacon and it’ll kinda be a cross between and ABT and Pig Candy.

Snapper a la Veracruzana
This is my all time favorite fish recipe. We use to get it at a little Mexi restaurant where they used whole snappers and deep fried them before smothering in the other veggies and of course they put the slits cut all the way down to the bone across the fish and you could lift a big long piece of fish with your fork easy that way. We used talapia and it couldn’t have been any better. Recipes abound online for this dish but the first link below is the one I use here and take my word for it – it is well worth fixen if you like fish, in fact some say that a person that don’t even like fish will like this dish.
