3 Breasts; A Perfect Rack

Good ‘ol bbq chicken breasts slathered with Kinder’s roasted herb and garlic sauce, cut with ACV. Grilled on PK 360 on elevated grate. Fogo lump and a touch of cherry wood. Sticky good!

Rack of spares smoked on the offset with oak and cherry wood. Q-Salt with a light coat of Simply Marvelous Cherry rub. No wrap. Perfect.

Served with pickles, beers, napkins and toothpicks. Gracias!

We lived near a Kinders a while back and tried some of their sauces when they opened. I have not tried the herb and garlic; sure sounds wonderful!

Love me some bbq bone in breast. They are getting harder to find these days. And they are so big. Used to be 7-8oz now they are 10+.
