Original Thread "New SF Order Submitted" (https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=262742)

Its been a long wait. I finally took delivery on Sunday and I am very pleased.

The one loose end is sausage hangers I ordered were not included. I've emailed Tyler on the issue, so im sure that will get sorted out.

I hit the ground running seasoning right away. First cook was beef ribs. Then I smoked a whole packer on hickory while also cooking spare ribs, reverse searing a couple beef tenderloin steaks, and even a few burgers!

Love the versatility of this beast. Cant wait to spend more time with her.

Build Specs:
24x42 patio. Forward facing warmer w 3 grates and *sausage rods*. 4 probe ports. 1/2" fire box. Stainless steel back splash and front shelf. All of the chamber passthrough configurations.

Congratulations! That is the nicest patio build I've seen, the forward facing warmer and full length shelf are seriously nice to have and use.

Awesome looking smoker! I also love the idea of the rotated warmer with the stainless shelf. Seems like it'll make it much easier to use both the main chamber and warmer simultaneously.
