Sirloin steaks marinated in a shiner bock beer, worcesterire, olive oil, and a tsp of BPS cattle prod injection.
Grilled and paired with fried taters and fresh garden corn on the cob.

Well, thats a wrap. No point entering the Sirloin TD now. Thank you for saving me the $$$ because decent looking sirloin cuts in my area are in the $10/lb+ range.

Sorry I don't temp steaks I go off of feel some people call it the finger test / 3 touch test and so on.
but IF I had to guess these where pulled to let rest around 130* - 133* then had just a bit of carry over to add.
I would advise to temp your steaks then do a feel test at the same time so after a while you get a feel of how you like your steaks.
I did this for SEVERAL steak cooks over a years time and now only use the feel test.

That whole meal looks great. I really get excited when the fresh corn starts rolling!! That was always my favorite part of summer produce.
