Fired up the coals and mixed in some small cherry chunks. They on a pack of Slovacek's Garlic sausage. Not sure how long they've been making it, but when they were at Sams last week doing a demo. First time I've seen it. Sample was good, so I got a pack. Rain moving through and egg is at 225*. Picks to come when done.

Rain shouldn't last long according to the radar.

If you are ever down in College Station take a short drive out to Snook to check out the Slovacek folks. The case they have out front has some nice stuff in it. When I was there last fall they were adding a restaurant to the place. Super nice folks.
