I used some Zatatain's Blacken Seasoning and tossed on the Weber.

After that, mixed hot butter, EVOO, fresh parsley, and garlic chives and tossed, then graded fresh Parmesan cheese, along with salad, garlic bread and dipping oil Mr. Dom put me on. Thanks sir:thumb:

Kabobs plan is scratched. Just went and picked up some angel hair pasta and shrimp. Hopefully tonight's dinner turns out as good as yours looks! This forum definitely provides inspiration

Looks delicious. I'm going to smoke roast some tomatoes tonight for this recipe.

Yes the bread. I sprinkled the shrimp in blacken seasoning and grilled on the Weber.

In a pot I melted about 1/3 of a stick of butter and added approx. 1/4 or less of EVOO and added finely chopped parsley and a garlic chives or green onions.

Cooked that only for a minute or two and then added the grilled shrimp to the pot and saute the shrimp for another minute and tossed pasta and grated fresh Parmesan cheese and served.

hope that works.

thanks everyone and have a safe weekend.

Dont have to cook tonight .... date night with the lady...:icon_smile_tongue:

Was on family vaca last week in LA (lower Ala) and ate blackened shrimp in Gulf Shores. Think I will let the wife keep boiling, but I need to try this. Thanks
