I made some sous vide/smoked pork back ribs yesterday, and saved the magic jello from the bags. In a brief moment of MacGyver/16Adams -ness, I took the jar out of the fridge and spread some of the jiggly deliciousness on a Hawaiian roll, pic is below (so it happened lol). It was a lot like eating bread & gravy...with *really* good gravy, and I didn’t even have to heat anything. The ribs hadn’t been smoked yet, so it’s just pure Death Dust/Killer Hogs-rubbed porkiness.

I was thinking it was the kind of thing 16Adams would do, and I did a quick search for pork jelly and there it was, “Butt Jello”. What do the rest of you creative fellers/ladies do with yours? I imagine just about any soup/gravy/meaty sauce would benefit. Bound to be other uses though.
