First MB Rotisserie Chicken...

Smoked at 325* till IT 150*, then up to 400* till IT 170*. Skin was bite thru and what was amazing was, the breast meat was extremely juicy. My wife even naively said, "What's all this water coming from the meat?" Is it the rotisserie that does it? Amazing.https://i.imgur.com/Biz3JV8.jpg

Honestly, I've never had juicier breast meat, ever. I can only attribute that to the rotisserie, but I can't explain why that is.

Looks great, only rotty I gotty is a setit and forgetit lol , I still like the chicken off it, 1 day I will but 1 for my kettle
