Yesterday’s work...

My parents were out of town so we crashed their house for a backyard bbq and pool party for a whopping 7 of us. Menu was firecracker and bbq wings, leftover pulled pork nachos and pimento burgers with bacon and grilled onions. Of course grilled brioche buns!

Not bad work for using my dads el cheapo gasser!

Thanks all. Nothing brings me more joy than cooking for a small crowd, especially outdoors. Used some leftover pimento cheese and leftover veggies from my carne asada cook to make breakfast. I just added a little bacon to the mix with a side of more protein lol.
