Wife wanted ribs. I needed to reseason my PBC, so kill two birds. I’m not going to lie, it was tough. I had to drink beer for three whole hours! Used Head Country Sweet and Spicy with PBC All Purpose. Brushed with Blues Hog Tennessee Red. Really turned out great. Just how I like them. Slightly over competition bite. Sweet spot for me.
