Well I have had my Pellet Pro 1190 for one month now and I must say it has spoiled me. I never thought I would like a pellet smoker but I really do. I have done brisket, steaks, chicken breast's and thighs, burgers, brats, hot dogs, a pork butt and today I did a large batch of wings. All have been great. The wife really loves the food cooked on it. At this point I can really recommend it if anyone is interested in getting one. The wings I did today were really tastey but the skin was not as crispy as I wanted. I cooked them @ 370 for about one hr and they were done so next time I think I will raise the temp to 400. I used my Smoke Daddy Big Kahuna Cold Smoke Generator to get some smoke flavor since I was cooking at a high temp and it worked well. Just the right amount of smoke for us. Sorry but I forgot to take any pictures. It looks like I need to show my Weber Performer some love so I will reverse sear some ribeyes on it later this week.
