At wrap I threw on some halved Russet taters to bake

Pulled into nice big chunks

Cored the taters for mashed taters and filled the skins with a bit of flesh left with pulled pork and topped with sharp cheddar, sour cream and fresh parsley

They disappeared pretty fast :thumb:

Hoping everyone had a great Easter during these tough times. Thanks for looking!

OMG have you ever been showing some fantastic cooks and this one is no exception!

If you need to shelter in place I have full freezers you could stay with me to help empty!

Yes please :becky:

We use baked potatoes as a boat for tacos regularly, but haven't tried it with pulled pork!

Another mighty fine cook there!

We do BBQ on baked taters frequently. Always have 1 lb bags vac packed in the freezer (usually chopped brisket, sometimes pulled pork) and it's easy to reheat them while the taters are cookin'.

That being said, they never look as good as yours do, Sako.

Thanks Norm!

I'll holler after I'm done with my freezers. :thumb: Been cooking a lot more since traffic is non existent and I gained at least an extra 3 hours per day.

Thanks Ron! I hadn't done it either but it's a must try.
