Vortex wings and poppers

Fired up the Vortex today for some wings and poppers. Used both jalapenos and sweet peppers for the poppers with Bone Suckin Sauce Seasoning and Rub. For the wings I used Habanero Death Dust for the first time and cut it with Stockyard Apple BBQ Rub. Best wings I've ever had and I've had a lot of wings. I also put a little baking powder on and put them in the fridge for an hour before rubbing them putting them on the grill. Wanted a crispy crust and had read on here that helps. It sure seemed to. Agreed on the vortex and wings...only think I use my weber performer for anymore. And your grub looks fantastic!!

I honestly don't remember. I bought the one that was recommended for a 22" Kettle.
