I've been helping out with a local motorcycle club charity fund raiser picinc the past few years by cooking the Q. This past weekend we had a little rough looking weather but still managed to feed about 100 bikers and boy can they eat. Here's a few photos of the shoulders, ribs, turkey and bologna before it came off the smoker. Had to grill some burgers and dogs also. What a way to start the summer! Love to smell that smoke.

Yea John 5 sticks worth of bologna. Strange how well that stuff goes over and even stranger about how many people have never tried bbq or smoked bologna. It will usually disappear before anything else when I do a large event or picnic.

Thanks Parrothead, that ol' propane tank has turned out alot of good eats over the past 3 years. Made a custom reverse flow from a 500 gallon propane tank, love the way it cooks and holds heat. Used 3 bags of charcoal and about 20 pcs of medium size (4"-5" dia X 16" long) wood during this 15 hour session at 250 degrees.
