Started out at 0500 making a couple egg casserole's for the crew at the theater since Nellie has the pleasure of working every holiday

Breakfast is done and ready to put in Nellies car, somehow a piece always disappears, don't know where it goes

Nice looking duck.

A piece of casserole missing means it's been taste-tested and good-to-go :thumb:

I've been eating duck in Hong Kong all week. I'd still make room for that!

Cheers!

Nice cook. I love duck but don't ever cook it because my wife doesn't really care for it.
