There's a couple commercial options for that size, the Vollrath's are well made and a little easier to clean search for Vollrath 20228 Super Pan V Wire Grate 1/2 Size and price shop a few places like Web Restaurant Store etc.

What are you raising up on it? Unless it's something "small and many" like wings, meatballs, apps, etc I just loosely ball up a little foil then recycle it.

You don't want to raise the meat higher into the smoke?

Measure your foil pan first before you buy these. I measured some I just bought and an 8x10 rack would be to big for the foil pans.

That was my thought.I would want the racks just a little larger than the pan to elevate what ever I was smoking above the pan,I think. Not sure what OP's reasoning is but I am sure he knows what he wants.

They fit standard half pans/full pans depending on which size you buy.

I got a couple off of Malcolm Reed's website, he calls them chicken racks. Handy little dudes, great for smoking meat loaves.

I have several of these and they work great. Might have to soak after a long pork cook but they clean up fine.
