I was watching a youtube compilation video of popeyes fights on Sunday and decided I had to run down to Popeyes to try the sandwich that is causing all the drama. No lines, no fights, no drama. Was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Not a bad sandwich but I just don't do too much fast food these days at all so probably no repeat any time soon. I like the look of yours much better fwiw.

It's a hot seasoning brother Stingerhook sent me. You can definitely use other hot rubs,peppers according to your taste for sure. I had those on hand so I used them.

Turmeric was for color and you def can skip it. I like turmeric though. It's a healthy and healing spice actually. Just make sure to get enough and not too much if you use it. Turmeric imo has to be spot on and with a little playing around you'll get it.
