No Vision Quest but they were good. Portobello cleaned gilled and stuffed with a mixture of cheddar and a commercial spinach artichoke dip. Seasoned with SuckleBusters. Cooked along side a small basic meatloaf , also seasoned with SuckleBusters. Kind of a laid back weekend with some beautiful mellow mushrooms. Leftovers and can’t remember what else went into a leftover stew b

That looks great Adam's! I have never thought to use spinach artichoke dip for shrooms. My wife likes it, and shrooms really well.

I usually mix it with a “Stouter” cheese. Cheddar/Blue Cheese Crumbles-they all work. By itself the artichoke dip she buys is a little runny when cooked
