Wife bought me a Cajun Bandit Rotisserie as an early Christmas present. I did a Thanksgiving trial run with a turkey breast today. Put lots of Q-Salt under the skin and cooked over charcoal and hickory.

The skin did shrink up some but it was still mighty tasty.

With food that looks like that, you're gonna burn that thing up and gain a few unwanted pounds. You better FedEX that thing over to me before trouble starts...
