The very first bbq book I got several years ago. Billy Bones autographed it for me.
Well.worth the read, great stories of real bbq pioneers.

Really good read. It is not just recipes and insights to BBQ but also great stories that put you in a cooking mood.

If you ever get a chance to sit down and talk to Mike Mills it is a great time. They have a big Warehouse in back of 17th Street, with a big old bar that came out of a Chiago Speak Easy. The thing is awesome. But sitting there talking BBQ with Mike is better.

I enjoyed Peace Love and Barbeque, and also bought Praise The Lard. A nice thing about Amazon is that a lot of the books have sample pages to help you decide if you want to purchase the book.
