Hi Guys,

Wife mentioned she was in the mood for a stuffed chicken so off to the butcher I go, they had my favorite brand:

After 1/2 of a beer and some mild swearing, this is what I had. I leave the very end of the leg and wing on so it doesn't shrink or the filling leak out:

Time to filler up! Tonight I used shredded cheddar, ham and broccoli:

After 1 hour at 400 this is right before I took it off, I also had a pan of potatoes and sprouts:
