Happy Phriday, Pholks! I've got a brisket and some sausage, but I'm not so sure I feel like being out there in 100 degrees this weekend.

It's the first Sunday of the NFL Regular Season (so that means a ton of games on the telly). That also means it's time for wings. Flavors include Smoked Buffalo, Jamaican Jerk, and Garlic Parmesan.

We also have a glut of peaches, so I'm planning a day (or two) of chutney and BBQ sauce production.

Y'all have a great weekend!

Hoping to get some dove hunting in this weekend. If I'm lucky, it'll be dove breasts on the fire by Sunday evening. :-D

Have a great weekend Phu and Brethren!

Don't think I'll be cooking anything this weekend, but I did buy a new chimney starter and a can of high-temp grill paint from Lowes this morning. It'll be firepit season in another couple months and I figured I'd do a little yearly "stop the rust before it starts" maintenance on my Wilke's. :-D

I got chicken in the freezers, so maybe rotisserie chicken with drip pan potatoes and onions....
I got beef ribs as well...

Not exactly smoking, but I was inspired watching Ron_L prep some ribeyes for a local competition and that inspired me to run out and get some. Of course the time I put into them will be less than a small part of his prep time, but I'm only competing with my last cook. :becky:

I guess it could have been cooked a little more evenly top to bottom. But still good!
