$25 off a whole strip loin. Already cut into 1 and 2 inch thick steaks and vacuumed sealed and in the freezer.

Looks darn good, I’m thinking I need to ditch my Sam’s club membership and get one at Costco.

Costco does not have bone-in pork butts.

Costco does not have bone-in pork butts.

And on top of that Costco was charging $3.49/lb for their pork butt. BJ's which we have near us has bone in for a regular price of $1.49/lb and it goes on sale for close to $1.00/lb

Must be regional, which seems to be the case a lot with Costco,. because they have both in the stores near me. That being said, I like Costco and Sam's for different things and to me it's worth it to have both...generally the cash back rewards are enough to greatly reduce if not pay for the cost of the memberships.

Bought a pack at Costco for $1.79/lb an hour ago. No bone, but giving that style a try for the first time for poker game here on Sat.

I did not know about those. I have one that's 1 1/2 hours round trip and about $10 in tolls away. Or 2 hours round trip w/out tolls. I guess it works if it's a little more convenient.

Costco is way overpriced on pork butt but great price on prime brisket. I usually get my pork butt for 88 cents a pound at a grocery store south of town.

Are the pork butts injected with solution at your local grocery store? Around me they usually are and is why I still prefer to buy them at Costco.
