I'm searching for things to do while I'm in Reno for my daughters Volleyball Tournament in July and stumbled across this event. Anyone ever cooked a Chicken Wing contest? It looks like it might be worth checking out!

I think I may have to break in my latest UDS with some wings and drumsticks
a la thirdeye and the Bayou Classic racks!

9th place out of 25. Our sauce was too hot. Heavy on garlic, brown sugar and habanero.

Hmmm, wonder if Hooters would sponser some KCBS contests? I'd love that for sure.

Chicken wing contests need to be outlawed!!!!!!
You guys are driving wing prices out of site.
I had to pay $70.00 last week for a forty pound case.
That means I am now paying more for a pound of wings than I pay for brisket

The OL bought some Fosters Party Wings from Costco, so I pulled some out to defrost 'em and it says on the bag "First and Second Sections" what a load of crap! I cooked them on a new UDS in the racks. Going for the real thing from now on!!

No tips, but they got me scratchin' my head wondering WTF they are when you pull them out of the bag in a frozen mass!
